Mr. Robson is a seasoned and accomplished executive manager with 30 years experience in the Information Technology (IT) and Services industry.  Achievements can be recognized in delivering solutions whether it be business applications, business processes/best practices or methodologies. ’Communication’, ‘Customer Satisfaction’ and ‘Success’ are key words that drive the philosophies behind these achievements.

Mr Robson has gained his experience and skills in both start-up and early stage companies as well as multi-national conglomerates. In his early career with Data Logic (a UK IT Consulting company) he was part of the delivery team that saw growth and ultimate acquisition by Ratheon. He was a key member of the management team in helping Cognos transition from being a consulting company to be a leading Canadian software products company.

Mr. Robson was a major influence in taking a small group of independent consultants to being an international IT technology products and services company ( Nutat Technologies). SHL SystemHouse subsequently brought Mr. Robson’s skills to first help change the delivery culture of the company and delivering multi-million dollar System integration projects to customers across North America with virtual project teams.

Mr. Robson has an in depth knowledge of program management, project management, human / change management as well as a thorough understanding of organizational design, process design and use of best practices – from conception through implementation.  Mr. Robson brings a high degree of competence, dedication, enthusiasm and integrity to the work place. He is an effective communicator and motivator and interacts comfortably with all levels of an organization.  He works well under pressure, is decisive, has good judgment and effectively manages problems and resolves conflicts.
