Bill is a management consultant who enjoys working in dynamic environments which allows him to grow professionally and apply his experience assisting companies and government departments in meeting their business objectives. Combining his over 25 years of professional, executive management experience with his unique inside Government and Private industry experience provides a solid background when working in the areas of strategic planning, management consulting, business transformation, operational delivery oversight, project management, program management, risk management, contract negotiations, IM/IT consulting and R&D with both large and small organizations.

• Consulting at all levels of executive management including Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, Board of Directors, CEOs and COOs on strategies, delivery status, issues, risks and containment strategies.
• Managing PMOs that have delivered geographically dispersed systems for companies in United States, Canada, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom and India.
• Providing executive level consulting, project management and program review at both the provincial and federal levels of government and the private sector.
• Providing delivery oversight to many strategic projects as many as 16 simultaneously.
• Proven operational management, budgeting, planning, negotiations skills and sales experience driving towards an organization’s business objectives.
• Ability to build departments and teams establishing strong cross-functional working relationships that share the same dedication.
• Ability to identify and respond effectively to internal and external customer needs thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Providing consulting services for all levels of business transformation from change management, funding through TB submissions, organizational design, development, classification and staffing.
• Managing large scale, complex and challenging IT projects/programs from inception to production implementation.
